Our Real Story
In 2001, God sent us at the center of this witchcraft infested community with about 168 shrines, now 21. Our church was located, 50 metres away from 1 shrine, 200meters infront of another and 300 meters behind the third one.
Due to witchcraft, child sacrifice was on the high, people were decived into sacrificing their kids for money , many teenagers were involved in prostitution, while the boys were vending witchcraft portions. We formed a sunday school, taught kids how to read and write; through the little income of the local church, we also started the feeding program for the church.
Pastor Deo - "I was sent as a church planter by my mother church, makerere fullgospel church to Lungujja, which was known as a community of death because of the wide cemetery in this area. This community has 3 main villages; Lusaze (death has struck another), Kosovo (named after kasovo, Russia), Omunaku (place of disadvantaged), Nankulabye kiyaye (dwelling of holigans)."
